Be kind and inclusive

• No harassment, hate speech, threats or discrimination — including toward staff.
• Critique the venue experience, not people's appearance or identity.

Keep it honest

• Review only places you've genuinely visited (we require a verified check-in).
• No fake check-ins, location spoofing, paid or incentivised reviews, or reviewing your own business.
• Reactions are for helpfulness, not pile-ons.

Respect privacy

• Ask before photographing people; don't post others' personal information.
• No photos of ID cards, receipts with card numbers, or children.

Carouse responsibly

• Don't promote binge drinking, drinking games, drink-driving or underage drinking.
• Celebrating non-alcoholic options and designated drivers is very welcome.

No spam or illegal content

• No advertising, links to scams, sexual content, or anything illegal.

Reporting & moderation

Use the "Report" button on any review, photo, note or profile. Moderators review reports and may hide content or suspend accounts. Hidden content stays visible to its author with a note so they know. If you think we got it wrong, contact us.
